Lawsuit for Jackson-themed casino

A casino using the images of Michael Jackson is to be sued by the estate of the late singer. The Vegas-style online portal features the likeness of the late pop star and now his lawyers have set in motion a lawsuit against it.

The homepage of the website even features an introductory paragraph written to appear as if it comes from the King of Pop himself. It reads:

“The King of Pop is proud to bring you the most exciting Vegas-style online casino betting experience on the net.”

The bad news for the casino doesn’t end there, however, as a similar lawsuit is being readied by a photographer. Howard Mann claims that the actual images used on the site belong to him, and that he is looking to “flush out the name of the person” who owns the website.
